Abstract:
Unique magnetic properties of lanthanides mainly come from their 4f electron configurations.These rare earth nanoparticles are widely used as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) contrast agents.This paper summarizes the application status and development prospect of different series(T1,T2 and T1-T2) of the magnetic inorganic rare earth nanoparticles in different series(T1,T2 and T1-T2) of MRI contrast agents in recent years.
